4/19 Family NIght! K+Lab, Flave, Neural Patterns

Uhboobie, HeadyWorks, and Soma Bring you Family Night!
Man oh man do we got a show for you! This Family Night will require a cover at the door. if you get there before 10, it will only be $5! otherwise it's $12. Our Workshop will be rather fun this week as well! Since the weather is starting to warm up, and we are officially into spring, we will be hosting a Festival Gear and LED workshop! By none other than award winning Chris Morgan, aka Chris Tower.
To top it all off, our Painter, and Vendor this month is Danktronics very own Trevor Wakem. His painting is glorious and beautiful, we are pleased to have him be here. He has some excellent clothing for sale, so be prepared.
Moving on to the Music. We have the Funky Glitch Master K+Lab coming in hot! This is the biggest name Family Night has booked to date. I highly encourage you to check out this unique style of Live Jams...Cutting right to the chase, we have the very well missed FLAVE coming back into town for a very special visit. He will be playing on Turntables, so you know he'll be bringing it in hot. After deciding that some things are just better when combined, like a joint in your mouth or a nice butt in your hands, Neural Patterns crawled out from beneath his rock and started mixing sounds. You can catch his a.d.d. influenced sets everywhere from polka raves or stuffed animal funerals to midget weddings/divorce parties. To continue on to this fun theme we got going on here, we've decided to pair up Shtickykeys and Pressha for a 2 hour b2b House set, to get your juices flowing. Showing support, we have long time players, 1st time Family Bam-ers Phil Fresh, and TSU. Excited to introduce these guys, and see what they bring to the table!

Festie Gear & LED Workshop
by Chris Morgan
Hey so here's the idea for my workshop. It's basically "Intro to LEDs - for people that want to add LEDs to their festival gear, campsite, or house but don't know where to start." I'll bring out a bunch of types of LEDs - different chip sets, battery/ac/solar powered, strips/ropes/string, and a small grid demo based on the controller I use for the discs. I'll set up everything and answer questions as best I can.
