NorthLeft continues its quest to showcase the dark and unique area where house music and techno converge. From house to techno to the occasional breakbeat, NorthLeft will never be defined by a specific genre or style but rather by a singular underlying tone and color shared by the diverse set of performers we bring you every month. With NorthLeft 008, we take this concept to the next level by bringing you what is sure to be an intense four hours filled with a stacked lineup of six stellar DJs, all of whom are brilliant in the arenas they represent. Come to the Timbre Room on March 23rd and experience this dynamic lineup achieve singularity.

**Cory Simpson B2B Nofux Gibbons**
Cory Simpson (DEPTH)
If you haven’t been paying attention, there is a techno uprising in Seattle. At the forefront of this revolution is our brothers and sisters from DEPTH and the man behind it all is Cory Simpson. A champion of minimal, hard and deep techno in our city, Cory brought DEPTH from meager beginnings to being a force to be reckoned with in the local electronic music scene. His dedication and focus on the dark, deeper side of electronic music is gaining him a reputation for his unique brand of techno locally, nationally and internationally.

Nofux Gibbons (Fraktured | Reload | Shook)
Back for his second NL performance, Nofux first played for us at NL7, filling in at the last the moment. To call his set a pleasant surprise would be a huge understatement. His nightmarishly intense hard techno set blew us all away and we just had to have him back. A native of the Northwest, Nofux just recently entered into the arena of techno being an accomplished junglist and all things breaks, influences that can be heard in his techno sets. Expect to be pummeled by this monster’s sound.

**Jeremy Linden B2B Tony H**
Jeremy Linden (SCOHM | Housequake)
We’re very excited to have Jeremy Linden back for his second show with us after his amazing deep house inspired set for NL6. A native of Alaska, Jeremy is quickly becoming a frequent fixture in Seattle nightlife. This multiskilled DJ is known for the diverse pallet of sounds he can draw on, but he thrives in the darker corners of house and techno. We’re excited to see how heavy and hard Mr. Linden will go for this one.

Tony H (Late Night Munchies | Viva Recordings | NorthLeft)
Anthony Henderson (AKA Tony H) has been an integral contributor to NorthLeft since its very beginning and we certainly would not be where we are today without him. Founding member of Late Night Munchies, a mainstay of Viva Recordings and recently added as a resident of Soft Option, Tony is probably best known for his intensely intricate and funky house sets, but he is so much more than that. Tony’s ability to grasp a diversity of genres and styles never ceases to amaze as made evident with the recent founding of his own techno label, Munchies After Dark. We can’t wait to see what kind of heat he’ll be bringing.

ZOF (Desert Hearts | Hood Politics | Bottom Feeder |Brash Beats)
Back for her second NL show, Zoe Roubanis (AKA ZOF) perfectly epitomizes the singularity of house and techno with a style that resides on the darker side of 4/4. She melds the darkness of industrial techno with the soul of house music, crafting unique and evocative experiences. We like to call her the second coming of Chloe Harris due her ability to draw strands from the unique area where house and techno converge. We hope to have her as a regular part of our lineups for a long time to come.

Shamrock (NorthLeft | PiUnLtd)
Co-founder of NorthLeft and native South Seattleite, Jack “JP” Post (AKA Shamrock) mixes house, primarily dark progressive house out of Germany, with various forms of techno.
