We are HandsUpBros, 2 brothers from Seattle who are sick of the mainstream techno noise pollution and algorithms replacing communities. Seattle already ranks among cities with the least dancing and the least likely to jump! The underground is disintegrating, as is the presence of the best genres from the clubs and raves of the 2000s.
In 2025, after too many weekends of suffering through sad sounds from speakers or being stuck at home listening to our favorite songs in headphones again, we decided to stand our ground with millions of hands above us. Around the world, we hear the screams and shouts for more Hands Up on the dancefloor. So we started throwing parties with our friends, DJing the happy sounds of Hands Up, Hardstyle, Jumpstyle, Hardcore, and Trance till we all dropped!
In January, we threw our first Soccer Rave; now we’re back for the rematch…
We are collaborating with Impact! Foundation to celebrate the Pride World Cup in Seattle! We bring you a lineup of three 909 Worldwide DJs, 99Jakes, Lexxy Jax, and DJ Water Cube! With local support from veteran Hands Up DJs Flintlock3r and Buttonz!

Co-Founder of American rave collective 909 worldwide and supersaw specialist, 99jakes is a Mexican-American audio-enjoyer and musician based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Taking inspiration from her favorite music such as Gabber, Hardcore, Happy Hardcore, Breakbeat, Trance, and Pop, and their iconic sound palettes, she’s known for stirring them up to create her triumphant hyper-melodies, aggressive bouncing yet comforting bass, and dizzying stab-lines, creating her signature SAWKICKBASS™ sound, which can be heard on remixes she’s done for artists such as 100 gecs, Machine Girl, umru, and many more. After spending nearly a decade in the North American DIY rave scene, a scene she takes much pride in, she will forever hold DIY close to her heart. From the depths of the NYC underground rave scene, Lexxy Jax has been spreading the happy hardcore gospel from coast to coast. As part of the collective 909 Worldwide, Lexxy has played an integral part in iconic projects such as the event series Cloud 909 and the 909 Worldwide Compilation Series. Both producer and DJ Lexxy’s sets always include exclusive remixes and originals you’ll only hear live. Flintlock3r
Flintlock3r is a Seattle-based DJ and producer known for his high-intensity, euphoric rave sets that bridge the harder edges of mainstream and underground dance music. With roots in the city’s rave scene since 2017 and over a decade of DJ experience, Flint represents a distinctive sound that pushes genres like Hands-Up, Hypertechno, Hardstyle, and Hardcore beyond the expected. Buttonz has been a committed member of the Seattle rave scene and a DJ for almost two decades now. With a love for HandsUp, Jumpstyle, and HappyHardcore music, every time this cat is on the decks, it’s non-stop bouncing beats and cheesy lyrics to sing along to. But when this cat isn’t doing his thing on the decks, you’ll still find him right on the dancefloor with everyone else dancing his worries away. And with this event bringing HandsUp music and Soccer together, Buttonz is looking forward to having a blast with everyone at Soccer Rave 2!

DJ Water Cube
DJ Water Cube moved to Beijing in 2010. Shortly after arriving, he visited the Happy Magic Water Cube Aquatics Center. There, the hot foreign dance, changing clowns, pop singers, and adorable mascots completely captivated the youngster floating in the wave pool. The sensation of splashing water paired with the heart-pounding sounds of what would become his signature style, “Vivacious Hands Up,” echoed across the transparent blue bubble film walls. This inspired him to bring this refreshing dance adventure to tourists worldwide! Coming off an appearance on the most recent 909 Worldwide compilation, his debut EP is on the way. Prepare to enter a world of water molecules…
